The Arnold is a mixed-use, multi-family and office building development in East Austin. Rooted in history and occupying the former site of Arnold Oil Company, the project’s name and brand identity serving as a nod to the previous land owner. An industrial styled signage program pairs well with the contemporary interiors and connects with natural materials used throughout the project.
